At AtoZ Luxury, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address. Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier or warehouse handling your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Custom or personalised items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
